Notably, he held the position of CEO at a renowned construction consulting company, where he successfully served major infrastructure builders both locally, such as Trung Nam, and internationally, including Royal HaskoningDHV (Holland). In 2012, Vinh showcased his entrepreneurial drive by founding his own consulting firm, Apier. As the Chief Operating Officer at BlockBase, Vinh brings his extensive experience and strategic acumen to the forefront. He holds overarching responsibility for overseeing crucial aspects of our operations, including legal, HR, accounting, and risk management. Vinh adeptly identifies and manages business risks across operational, financial, and reputational domains, ensuring a robust and secure foundation for our firm's success.
