Jack is an accomplished Managing Partner with extensive expertise in various domains, including M&A advisory, fundraising, investment research, portfolio management, private equity, venture capital, and real estate. With over 8 years of experience, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge in the financial industry. At Aspire, a renowned investment company, Jack successfully structured, acquired, and managed real estate assets in Ho Chi Minh City, overseeing a total invested capital of approximately USD 50 million. During his tenure at Corecam Family Office, he actively managed pre-IPO strategic funds, raising a capital platform of approximately USD 400 million in collaboration with Dragon Capital. Notable transactions under his guidance included investments in various companies such as VJC, VGC, OIL, BSR, VRE, VHM, HDB, TCB, VPB, ACB, MWG, and FRT. As a member of the institutional research team at Thien Viet Securities, Jack made significant contributions to comprehensive sector coverage, including Oil and Gas, Basic Materials, and Pre-IPO sectors. Furthermore, his notable achievements in M&A advisory and fundraising at reputable firms like Auxesia and BDA Partners include spearheading strategic-led investments worth over USD 130 million in a leading shrimp exporter, orchestrating a strategic-led investment of approximately USD 30 million in a payment service provider, and facilitating a USD 40 million private equity-led investment in a kids' playground. Jack has also demonstrated his early adoption of blockchain technology by investing in DeFi and Layer 1 projects since 2017. As the Founder and Managing Partner of BlockBase Ventures, Jack is leading the establishment of the firm as a prominent blockchain-focused fund.
