How Does Vertus Fund Work?

Step 1: Selection Of The Projects

Vertus Fund works comparable to a fund of funds, investing in 10 Vertus projects with equal shares (i.e. 10% per project). As an investor, you thus benefit from the same strict selection process as with Vertus Growth.

Step 2: Vertus Fund’s Investment

Vertus Fund invests in different projects in several asset classes. It starts with at least 3 seed investments, the remaining 70% are then gradually added to the portfolio.

Step 3: Your Investment

As soon as the first projects are secured, you invest hand in hand with Vertus Fund as a professional investor and benefit from our team's many years of real estate and investment experience.

Step 4: Repayment

Repayments and interest for each project are distributed immediately upon receipt of funds by the fund. The capital is not reinvested. The maximum investment period is 36 months.
