BlockBase is an IT laboratory and venture capital company expanding its investment portfolio to the Asia-Pacific region, specifically in Vietnam. We acquired OneBlock Labs, a well-established Vietnamese blockchain lab, with the aim of becoming a comprehensive venture builder. Our vision is to provide investment standards and opportunities for Vietnamese and international investors. Additionally, we have established Herond Labs, a strategic subsidiary focused on blockchain, web3 solutions, and bridging the gap between web2 and web3 technologies. What we're looking for

BlockBase, formerly One Block Labs, is an investment holding company established in 2017 by a team of accomplished blockchain technologists and seasoned financial experts. Our business spans multiple sectors, including Venture Capital, Tech Product Innovation, and Media & Publishing.

BlockBase is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Fundraising Specialist to play a pivotal role in securing strategic investments. This individual will be responsible for driving capital acquisition through partnerships with whales, communities, and market makers, ect. They will also cultivate strong relationships with these key stakeholders to ensure long-term successful collaborations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development roles within the cryptocurrency industry.


Fundraising performance (60%):

- Identify and Engage High-Value Partners:

Proactively source and engage with whales, communities, and market makers who align with BlockBase's vision and investment strategy.

Foster strong relationships to cultivate trust and enthusiasm for BlockBase's mission.

- Develop Compelling Investment Opportunities:

Partner with internal teams to create attractive investment packages tailored to whale and community interests.

Clearly communicate the benefits and ROI of investing in BlockBase's future ventures.

- Drive Fundraising Performance:

Negotiate and close high-value investment deals with whales and community representatives, ensuring alignment with BlockBase's long-term vision.

Close high-value deals to secure strategic investments that meet or exceed fundraising goals.

Monitor and analyze fundraising activities, adapting strategies to optimize fundraising volume

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and optimize fundraising strategies.

Strategic Partnerships (10%):

- Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional investors for potential future collaborations.

- Partner with key market makers to enhance liquidity and ensure a thriving ecosystem for BlockBase's investments.

Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership (15%):

Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and regulations shaping the Web3 landscape.

Contribute thought leadership content through industry publications or social media to establish BlockBase as a trusted voice in the crypto space.

Community Engagement & Ecosystem Building (15%):

- Represent BlockBase at industry events and conferences to foster brand awareness and connect with potential investors.

- Contribute to the growth and development of the Vietnamese blockchain ecosystem through educational initiatives and community engagement.

Performance Evaluation:

- Primary Focus: Your success will be primarily evaluated based on your fundraising volume. Securing high-value deals and exceeding fundraising goals are key to BlockBase's growth.


- Minimum 3+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, or a related field.

- Proven track record of securing high-value investments and building strong relationships with investors.

- Deep understanding of the Web3 space, cryptocurrency markets, and investment trends.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
